Owner

Whitney has been with the company since 2010 where she worked side by side with her father (Bob Boyle) who opened the business back in 1987. Bob passed away in 2015 and Whitney has stepped in and taken over the company. She has been diving since 1998 and loves everything that has to do with the ocean.

PADI Instructor & Repair Technician

Shaun has been part of the Undersea Divers team for over 17 years and wears more than a few hats around the shop. As an instructor and our head repair technician, he teaches many of our continuing education and specialty courses and keeps our divers’ gear in top shape. You’ll also find Shaun leading many of our group trips to warm-water destinations around the world. Whether he’s teaching, repairing gear, or diving somewhere tropical with the Undersea crew, Shaun brings years of experience and a love of diving to everything he does.

PADI Instructor

Larry joined the Undersea team back in 2014. He has been diving for over 45 years and loves to dive in all of the New England seasons. 2025 marked his 35th year of being a PADI Pro. One of his favorite things to do is teach the Open Water Diver course. If he isn’t diving, you will find him sailing or practicing yoga.

PADI Instructor

Originally certified in the mid 90s, Luis took a surface interval before getting back into diving in 2019. Since then he hasn't been able to stay out of the water! Luis dives year round (usually multiple times a week!) with his camera and loves taking pictures locally and on trips. He enjoys teaching and introducing students to New England diving, especially animals like nudibranchs! You will see him assisting with open water classes, drysuit diving, and more. 

PADI Instructor

Liz has been diving since 2016, when she earned her Open Water certification right here at Undersea Divers. She went on to earn her Divemaster certification with us in 2022 and, most recently, became a PADI Instructor in 2026. Liz loves diving in our local New England waters and enjoys working with students in both drysuit and Open Water courses. When she’s not teaching or guiding dives, you can usually find her behind the camera, capturing photos of our incredible local marine life.

Divemaster

Jeff was certified in 2015, took a little break, and got back in the water in 2021 when diving between continents in Iceland’s Silfra fissure called his name. He’s been hooked ever since, earning his Divemaster certification with Undersea in 2024. He is just as much at home diving the New England waters as any warm water destination, and is always excited to show divers the unique critters that call our shore home.
