I still remember my first open-water dive — the dive to which I attribute my love for the ocean and scuba diving. I was enthralled with all the ocean has to offer and by the liveliness of the reef I was diving. I admired the weaving rows of a brain coral, and how tiny fish navigated its complex ridges. I felt weightless in the water, and I knew I had fallen in love with scuba diving.
